These English based group fitness classes are specifically designed for mums to reach their fitness goals after pregnancy.
Each class provides a full body workout incorporating cardio to assist weight loss, resistance training to help build up
strength and tone, and core and pelvic floor exercises that are essential throughout and after birth.

It’s also a great way to get outside and meet and socialise with other mum’s around Tokyo
while helping to motivate each other and achieve the goals together!

Due to the smaller groups, the classes cater for all fitness levels so can be enjoyed by everyone.

No need to organise a babysitter and you can enjoy time with your little one while setting a good example of healthy living right from the start!
